By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these
web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations,
and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local
laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from
using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are
protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials
    (information or software) on Super Home Cleaners’s web site for personal,
    non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license,
    not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    1. modify or copy the materials;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Super Home Cleaners’s web site;

Further, Super Home Cleaners does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Super Home Cleaners or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Super Home Cleaners’s Internet site, even if Super Home Cleaners or a Super Home Cleaners authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Super Home Cleaners’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Super Home Cleaners does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Super Home Cleaners may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Super Home Cleaners does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Super Home Cleaners has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Super Home Cleaners of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Super Home Cleaners may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Super Home Cleaners’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

Terms of Cleaning Service

 

1. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to clean up mold, human, pest (flea and rodent infestations, etc.) or pet waste and bodily fluids. We can recommend a company that is equipped to handle these situations. If we come into a home that requires this type of cleaning we will skip the affected rooms and discount the client accordingly. We do ask to be informed beforehand if this may be an issue. We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. We do use extension poles for higher items that need dusting and cobwebbing. Cleaning Techs are required to wear closed toed, non-skid shoes while cleaning. We are not able to provide service for “shoes off” households.

2. 3 STRIKE POLICY

We understand that life happens. Things come up that you may not be able to plan for. For this reason, we have established a policy that allows for some wiggle room. We require 1 business days notice to cancel an appointment without penalty. There will be a 50% cancelation fee for the second occurrence. If you do not give us this notification three times, service will be suspended. This also applies to LOCKOUTS, meaning that we are not able to access your home on the scheduled day. Schedules are always confirmed via email before initial service is started. Please note that Monthly cleanings run on an every 4 week rotation and depending on how the schedule falls, there will occasionally be 2 cleanings in one month. Please add the cleaning schedule to your calendar as we are not able to give courtesy reminder calls each time.

3. ARRIVAL TIME

Cleaning service occurs between 8am- 6pm on your regularly scheduled day. Given that each home that we clean varies in the amount of time it takes to clean, we can not guarantee an exact arrival or departure time.

4. SUPER HOME CLEANING PROFESSIONALS

There will generally be 1 – 2 Super Home Cleaning Professionals assigned to your home after the First Time Clean. Given how scheduling works, we are unable to guarantee the same Super Home Cleaning Professional each visit.

Super Home Cleaning Professionals are independent contractors who have passed a background check prior to providing any cleaning service.

Although we don’t expect any issues, it is stated in a signed agreement between Super Home Cleaners and the independent cleaning contractor, that the independent cleaning contractor is liable for any lost, broken, or stolen items, pending an investigation.

5. ARRIVAL DAY

Super Home Cleaners makes every effort to consistently schedule a predetermined set day that we arrive for each cleaning. If for any reason we need to reschedule due to staff illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will give you as much notice as possible.

We ask that you please remove and store any vaulables from any cleaning surface prior to our arrival.

6. ACCESS TO YOUR HOME

We will discuss arrangements of how to access your home before your first service. Clients generally provide a copy of the house key for the company in a hidden lockbox on property which alleviates the need for the clients to remember to leave out a hide-a-key or having to wait around to let us in each visit (which also avoids lock out charges). We are not able to keep a copy of the key as we cannot guarantee the same Super Home Cleaning Professional each visit.

7. PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. For ongoing service we offer the convenience of Auto-Pay through PayPal or Credit/ Debit Card. We no longer accept check payments.

8. GETTING READY FOR THE CLEANING

Don’t “clean” before we arrive, but do “pick up” as much as possible in areas you would like us to clean. This will allow us to focus more on detail and quality for you. To avoid possible breakage we will not clean heavily cluttered areas (shelving, countertops, etc).

9. THE SETTING

We request that the house be unoccupied during the time of cleaning. This way we can be the most efficient and give the best rate possible. We understand this may not always be possible and it would just need to be something to be discussed before setting up service. For example, if a client has a home office and is on conference calls, we would need to arrange our cleaning visits around that since we wouldn’t be able to run the vacuum cleaner during that time. Or if there is a little one at home, we would want to arrange cleaning time around nap times, etc.

10. PETS

We love them! But please secure any pet that may be a threat. Also, we do not clean up after sick pets or pet accidents.

Additional Terms

1. Cleaning Contractor Solicitation

When entering into an agreement for services with Super Home Cleaners, you agree not to solicit for hire any Super Home Cleaning Professional introduced to you by Super Home Cleaners for any home-related services. If you are found to have solicited one of our Super Home Cleaning Professionals, please be advised that our referral/ training fee is $2,500 payable to Super Home Cleaners immediately upon contracting our Super Home Cleaning Professionals for any services to your home/ business. Your home cleaning service will also be immediately terminated.

2. Digital Media

Occasionally we like to take before and after pictures of your home. Interior pictures will be for our reference only and will not be publicized without your consent. Interior images will be focused on the room and or damage we may find and will not be focused on personal property unless it is your personal property that was damaged and is required by our insurance to process a claim. If we wish to use pictures of the interior of your home, we will contact you directly before doing so. Exterior pictures of your home we would like to use for possible advertisement on such places like our website, Facebook, Porch.com and so forth. If we decide to use any exterior images of your home, we may contact you as a courtesy but is not required. At no point will any image include images of any person living in the home. We do respect your right to privacy.

3. Price Increases

Super Home Cleaners reserves the right to adjust client rates at any time. You will be notified 30 days prior to any price increases.

4. Valuables

Should you decide that you would like us to clean items within curio cabinets or items of monetary/sentimental value, the following release of liability shall be in effect: Client hereby releases Super Home Cleaners from all liability arising out of cleaning these items. Client understands that he/she is completely responsible for repairing or replacing any damaged item or items even if Super Home Cleaners may have caused the need for repair or replacement.
