Do you service my area?

We service all of Las Vegas and it’s suburbs. That means that if you are within a 45 minute drive of the Las Vegas strip, then we have you covered!

Can I request specific tasks, preferences, or extras?

Absolutely! There will be a comment box for you to provide details for any special services you may want involved in your cleaning.

What services do you provide?

Our base services include cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We offer a lot of extra services like laundry, cleaning inside the fridge, organizing a pantry, etc. Just let us know your needs and we’ll get the job done!

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

We do provide our own cleaning supplies; however, we understand that you may prefer we use your equipment(vacuum, carpet cleaner, etc.). On the scheduling form you will be given the option to select which of your equipment you would like us to use. We also offer green cleaning supplies as an option. We will need to know ahead of time if green cleaning products are something you prefer.

How much does a Super Home Cleaning cost?

We charge a flat hourly rate per cleaner. Our Cleaners work in teams of two for efficiency and safety.

You can add additional cleaners if you have a big job or a time crunch.

We offer discounts for cleaning subscriptions, offered in weekly, biweekly, or monthly packages. You’ll always have a clean home feeling and save money.

What is your refund policy?

We strive to provide the highest quality cleaning service, but we do understand that cleaning expectations vary between households. If we have not provided the quality cleaning you expected, please let us know ASAP. We’ll send a team out to improve upon the quality of the cleaning within 7 days. If the reclean still does not meet your expectations we will provide a full refund.

How do I know my Super Home Cleaner is trustworthy?

We interview all of our Super Home Cleaning professionals. All Super Home Cleaning professionals must also pass a thourough background check before becoming a member of our team.

Do I get a discount for referring friend?

We do offer a discount for every friend you refer. Simply send an email to [email protected] with your friend’s contact information. If your friend books a cleaning with us you with both get a $25 discount!

How do I become a Super Home Cleaner?
